Our system is finiky to be truthful and it usually only works with "well known" email clients such as hotmail, yahoo, & gmail. Also be sure to check your junk mail as many SPAM systems flag our emails. If after taking these measures you still don't get the verification email please let me know and I will manually create a trial room for you. We apologize that your emails have not been received. It appears that our contact forms on our site have been sending the emails to an old email address that we no longer use.We have fixed this issue. Team Denise,

As well we never get response via email when sending an email through their site. No customer service but great price?
